Busing for the Kindergarten Enrichment Program

      New Discovery works with the Kings Park school district and has busing available to and from Parkview Elementary & Fort Salonga Elementary schools to accomodate the half day Kindergarten program.

Children coming to PM Kindergarten Enrichment will be assigned to New Discovery as their one permanent bus stop, regardless of how many days per week they attend Kindergarten Enrichment.  Therefore, If a child does not attend for all five days of the week, there will be no bus assigned to bring the child to his/her home on the days he/she does not attend New Discovery.  The parent must pick up their child at New Discovery or else go directly to the child’s elementary school, Parkview or Fort Salonga, to pick their child up before the child boards the bus to New Discovery.
